Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only ship to the UK and Europe. We hope to ship internationally in the near future.

    

There is an item missing from your order

If you are missing an item from your please contact us at help@astella.co.uk with your name, order number and the item that is missing. We will do our best to fix this for you as soon as we can.

      

An item in my order is faulty

If an item is faulty email us at help@astella.co.uk with your name, order number and the item that is damaged. Please include a brief description of the fault. We will get back to you as soon as we can and give you a replacement or a full refund.

 

If your order has not arrived? 

Please check your tracking number provided. If you still haven't received your order after 10 days contact us at help@astella.co.uk with your name and order number. We will do our best to track it down for you, if you decide you no longer want the items we will offer

If we have sent you the wrong item

If you have received an incorrect item please email us with your name, order number, and the incorrect item as well as the item you should have received instead. We will get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement. If we have made a mistake we will cover all delivery costs to amend this.

     

Can I still receive a refund if the price of the product has changed. 

Our prices may change due to sales or special deals. If you are returning an item you will be rewarded the same price as you paid regardless of changes. 

     

Can I cancel my order after I've paid for it

We aim to send out orders as quickly as possible for you. If you want to cancel an order that has already been sent out you can request a refund but you will still be charged the cost of delivery. If your order has not been sent out then you will be rewarded a full refund including delivery.
